Appointments can be made online, in-store, or via approved booking platforms.
A valid contact number and email address must be provided at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client where appropriate.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Promotions, packages, and memberships may have separate terms and conditions.

5. Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

  • Vouchers must be used before the expiry date

  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced

6. Client Responsibility

Clients must:

  • Arrive on time to appointments

  • Follow aftercare instructions

  • Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions

  • Attend appointments with clean lashes (no makeup or oils)

Failure to follow pre-appointment guidelines may affect results and service eligibility.

  • Allergic reactions where patch tests were declined

  • Poor retention due to aftercare not followed

  • Pre-existing conditions affecting treatment results
