What are eyelash extensions?
Eyelash Extensions are lightweight, synthetic lashes applied individually to your natural lashes, giving you longer, thicker, and more luscious lashes. They are available in a variety of lengths, thicknesses, curls, colours, and materials such as silk, faux mink, or 100% Siberian mink. Extensions are perfect for everyday wear, special occasions, or for anyone wanting to skip mascara altogether.

Are eyelash extensions safe?
Yes! When applied by our fully trained and certified technicians using high-quality products, eyelash extensions are completely safe and will not damage your natural lashes. Using uncertified technicians or inferior products may cause damage.

What will eyelash extensions look and feel like?
Properly applied extensions look natural, full, and luxurious. Styles can be customised from soft and natural to bold and dramatic, ensuring your lashes suit your personal look.

How long does the application take?

• Full set: 1–2 hours, depending on design

• Refills: 45–60 minutes
  Appointments are relaxing — you can lie back, close your eyes, and even nap while your lashes are applied.

How long will eyelash extensions last?
Lashes follow your natural lash cycle, so shedding occurs naturally. Typically, you may lose 3–5 lashes per day. We recommend a refill every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full, flawless look.

Can I use eye makeup?
Yes, but daily mascara is usually unnecessary. If you wish to wear mascara, use only water-based mascara and avoid oil-based products near your lashes, as they weaken the adhesive bond.

Can I swim, shower, exercise, or visit a spa?
Yes! After the first 48 hours (curing period), your lash extensions are waterproof and durable. Proper aftercare ensures longevity.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. You’ll be resting with your eyes closed for 1–2 hours during application.

I have sensitive eyes — can I wear extensions?
Yes. We use high-quality adhesives suitable for sensitive eyes. If you have concerns, please discuss them with your lash artist.

What if I don’t have many natural lashes?
Extensions require natural lashes for application. If you’ve experienced lash loss, wait until growth has returned. Ask about our Lash & Brow Conditioner to encourage healthy growth.

Removal of eyelash extensions
Do not remove them yourself — professional removal is safe, quick, and protects your natural lashes.

Special note: Extensions are not suitable for clients with alopecia, undergoing chemotherapy, or those with Trichotillomania unless normal lash growth has resumed. A medical certificate may be required.

Cosmetic Tattoo

Does it hurt?
No - numbing cream or gel is required. Most clients find the procedure very comfortable and often fall asleep.

How long does a treatment take?
Appointments are blocked for 2 hours. Depending on skin type and pigment penetration, treatment may take less time.

Why do people get cosmetic tattoo?

• To correct, perfect, and enhance brows

• For waterproof, smudge-proof, and low-maintenance brows

• To fill in sparse, blonde, grey, or patchy brows

How long do results last?
Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, daily skincare, and overall health. Pigments typically last 1–5 years, with most clients needing a refresh after ~2 years.

Will I need a touch-up?
Yes, we recommend a touch-up between 6 weeks to 12 months to perfect colour, saturation, and shape.

Healing time
With our technique, healing is quick — 7–10 days, with minimal trauma and no significant scabbing. Medication or skin conditions may affect healing.
