Refund & Payment Policy
At Lash Holic, we take pride in delivering high-quality lash, brow, and cosmetic tattoo services. Due to the nature of beauty services, we have a strict refund policy to protect both clients and our technicians.
1. Services
We do not offer refunds for completed services.
If you are unhappy with your service, you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and offer a suitable solution where appropriate.
Adjustments or fixes are offered at the discretion of Lash Holic.
2. Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for change of mind after a service has been completed.
3. Booking Fees

All appointments require a booking fee of 40%.

Booking fees are applied toward the total cost of your service.

Booking fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment.

Booking fees may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.
4. Retail Products
Retail products may be exchanged or refunded only if:

Required under Australian Consumer Law
Products must be:

In original packaging

Returned within 7 days of purchase
5. Allergic Reactions
Patch tests are recommended for all new clients. Lash Holic is not responsible for allergic reactions where a patch test was declined or aftercare advice was not followed.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Clients are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults in products as required by law.
