Policy

The term ‘Lash holic’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the provider of services. The term ‘you’ refers to the recipient of said services. When you book an appointment with us you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Please make sure to book your appointments at least 5 – 7 days in advance. 

Customers will be asked to hold their appointment with a booking fee of $30 - $50 (depending on service required) which will go towards to the total cost of the services that you receive. A $50 no-show fee will apply to all customers who do not provide notice of non-attendance. Booking fees are non refundable for all appointments unless booking is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to appointment.

Payment is expected at time of service for all services rendered. All payments are final.

Refunds or price matches are not offered on eyelash extensions or brow sculpts by Lash holic as we provide a labour service that cannot be put back onto the shelf for resale.

There may be times that we will discourage a customer from receiving services based on the professional opinion of the clinician. If the customer decides, against the advice provided by Lash holic, to receive the service, payment must be made and if the customer is unhappy with the result, no free services will be offered to adapt or change the product or result.

If you purposely try to harm, take advantage or slander our technicians or clinicians, Lash Holic will proceed with legal action.          

Competition Entries and Winners Terms & Conditions

*All winners must claim prize within 1 month of winning
*Note we take booking deposits for all bookings however since this is a won prize we use the appointmnt as a booking fee. To change or rebook, a minimum 24 hours must be given or prize is void.
*Prize cannot be changed or exchanged for cash
*All prizes cannot b broken up in multiple appointments
*All "Tags" & "Shares" must not be deleted
