Preparing for your appointment:

1-  Absolutely NO eye makeup!  Especially mascara otherwise the Lash Warranty will be VOID.

2 - NO Children under the age of 7. Please understand this is for the safety of your children, our staff and the courtesy of other clients. 

3 - Please note Lash Warranty cannot be given to Clients wishing to receive a refill on an existing Salon's set. Removal of old set and application of brand new set is required to receive the Lash Warranty.


Terms and Conditions

When you book an appointment with us you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • Clients must pay a booking fee of $30 or $50 (depending on service) to hold their appointment which will go towards to the total cost of the services that you receive. This fee can only be redeemed on treatments or retail products. If you need to make any changes to or cancel your appointment we require 48 hours notice to avoid additional fees. If you choose to cancel or move your appointment this will be held as a cancellation fee. Please note that during peak seasons if you cancel or move your appointment for any reason the booking fee will be held as a cancellation fee and an additional booking fee will need to be paid to secure any additional bookings.
  • For complimentary services a refundable-booking deposit is taken which is refunded on completion of the service. 24 hours notice is required to cancel the booking. If the booking is cancelled within the 24 hour notice period the complimentary service is void and the deposit will not be refunded. An additional deposit is required to rebook complimentary appointments. 
  • Payment is expected at time of service for all services rendered. All payments are final.
  • Refunds or price matches are not offered on lash or brow treatments by Lash Holic as we provide a labour service that cannot be put back onto the shelf for resale.
  • There may be times that we will discourage a customer from receiving services based on the professional opinion of the technician. If the customer decides, against the advice provided by Lash Holic to receive the service, payment must be made and if the customer is unhappy with the result, no free services will be offered to adapt or change the product or result.       
  • Lash Holic Wynnum & Lash Holic Capalaba operate as independent salons. Please ensure you read your confirmation emails & text messages carefully to ensure you are booked at the correct location. If you have booked at the wrong salon we require 48 hours notice to rebook you, we cannot guarantee your original appointment time will be available at the correct location. Booking fees, full payments and appointments are non-transferrable between salons; if you need to cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your appointment due to booking at the wrong salon, your booking fee will be held as a cancellation fee.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Our Lash Guarantee -

At Lash Holic we offer a 5 day guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy or have lost an excessive amount of lashes, we encourage you to contact us immediately to discuss any issues so we can happily fix them.  
In the circumstance an issue may occur and lashes need to be fixed pleased be advised that our lash guarantee is only offered providing the following conditions have been adhered to;

- Contact to the salon must be made within 5 days after lash application
- You must keep some lost lashes to show your lash technician
- If a repair appointment is needed, it must be booked within 6 days of original appointment. Any later than that over exposes your lashes to every day wear and tear and therefore voids the lash warranty.
- Correct after care instructions must be followed, if it is decided that improper after care has been used the client will be given the choice to either refill the missing lashes at the next follow up appointment OR refill them on the spot at the clients expense. 

If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know. If we don't know, we can't change the problem!


Competition Entries and Winners Terms & Conditions

*All winners must claim prize within 1 month of winning
*Note we take booking deposits for all bookings however since this is a won prize we use the appointmnt as a booking fee. To change or rebook, a minimum 24 hours must be given or prize is void.
*Prize cannot be changed or exchanged for cash
*All prizes cannot be broken up in multiple appointments
*All "Tags" & "Shares" must not be deleted
